Admission Requirements

Copy & original of secondary certificate: Students are required to provide both a photocopy and the original document of their secondary certificate (high school diploma or equivalent). This document is necessary in order to verify the completion of a secondary education.

University certificate & Transcript (Only Postgraduate): For postgraduate programs, students must submit a copy of their university degree or equivalent certificate. Additionally, a transcript of their academic records from the university is required. This is to ensure that the applicant has already completed a relevant bachelor’s or equivalent degree.

Birth Certificate: Applicants need to provide a birth certificate to confirm their date of birth. This is important for age verification and to ensure that the candidate meets any age requirements for the desired program.

Certificate of good conduct: Students are expected to provide a certificate of good conduct, which verifies their good behavior and ethical conduct. This is to ensure that prospective students have a clean disciplinary and criminal record.

Application letter (Only Postgraduate): Postgraduate applicants are required to submit an application letter, detailing their motivation and reasons for pursuing the program. This letter provides an opportunity for students to highlight their aspirations, relevant experiences, and career goals.

Admission fee: Applicants need to pay an admission fee as per the university’s policy. This fee is often non-refundable and is intended to cover administrative costs associated with processing the application.

4 Passport Sized Photos: Students are expected to provide four recent passport-sized photos. These photos are typically used for identification purposes and for creating student ID cards.
