This programme is suitable for students with undergraduate degrees in arts, economics, law, business, science and engineering, as well as those with some background in accounting and finance. There is a clear route from the Diploma towards master’s level study within the Department, subject to satisfactory performance.
The programme is housed within the Department of Accounting, which is widely recognized for its excellence in accounting and financial management research and education, as well as for its leading role in public policy issues. The interface between accounting and managers, organizations, institutions, public policy and regulatory bodies is a particular teaching and research strength of the Department.
